The sales and technical team understand the details of the requirements and evaluate the feasibility of customized projects, including technical difficulty, production cost, delivery time, etc.
The R & D team formulated the design scheme and communicated with the customer for confirmation. The production team shall manufacture the equipment according to the scheme, strictly control the production quality, and ensure that the equipment meets the design requirements. The product is strictly tested before delivery.
Conduct pre-factory test after production to ensure normal function of the equipment. Transportation through a designated or negotiated logistics company. Inform customers of delivery information, track the transportation process, deal with transportation problems, and ensure timely delivery.
After the product arrives at the customer site, the technicians shall install and debug it. Provide equipment operation training service to help customers to master the equipment use and maintenance methods.
Provide equipment repair and maintenance services to ensure the normal use of the equipment during the whole life cycle. Provide technical support and equipment upgrading services as required.
