TORSO in Latin means “trunk” or “sculpture of the body.” TORSO gives Professor Zhu Yi a beautiful imagination of “strength and beauty,” and it has become an important part of his work and a central theme, with the hope of using the art of physical therapy to restore the strength and beauty of the human body.
On another level, TORSO also stands for Technical Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Solution Outlines, a deconstruction of technical orthopedic rehabilitation solution outlines. It is hoped that we will adapt to the times, expand our understanding of musculoskeletal pain rehabilitation, and be able to analyze local issues in a holistic manner. This approach aims to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal system injuries during movement, and even before such injuries occur, use feedforward mechanisms for good movement recognition and control. By fully integrating modern technology into the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and developing our era, we may reduce the incidence of common musculoskeletal diseases such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis seen in clinical settings.
In modern rehabilitation, whether it is motor learning after a stroke, postpartum body reshaping for mothers, or functional reconstruction after sports injuries, it is necessary to learn to optimize neuromuscular control, muscle efficiency, and sensory integration. To achieve these goals, the most important aspect is through the therapist’s assessment, treatment, and guidance, ensuring that the musculoskeletal system achieves normal length-tension relationships, force couple relationships, and joint movements.
The TORSO public welfare course group, based on the latest international literature, the American Council on Exercise (ACE) performance training guidelines, corrective training guidelines, and postural correction materials, conducts static assessments, human movement dysfunction assessments, and performance assessments. Combining modern concepts of functional anatomy and corrective training strategies, and with the aid of internationally popular vibration training equipment, the group focuses on overall mechanical adjustment as the main thread for explanation, analysis, and practical demonstration. It is hoped that this will provide a comprehensive solution to improve the movement performance of different patients.

Vibration instructor system for adults
1.Comprehensive Movement Guidance Library The system contains over a hundred guidance movements, categorized by the main areas of vibration, making it convenient for users to quickly and accurately find relevant training movements.
2.Multi-Dimensional Movement Guidance Under the training interface, there are detailed voice movement descriptions, textual descriptions of movement steps, and video animation demonstrations. This multi-dimensional and multi-faceted approach to movement guidance ensures that users perform their training movements as accurately as possible.
3.Adjustable Parameters During Training Users can adjust parameters such as frequency during the training process and can also stop the training at any time to meet different needs.
